Incorrupto Tequila

Those that know me personally this will come to no surprise, but mixing spirits and bartending is a large hobby of mine; and in that same vain to try and hunt for unique spirits to add to my (already) vast collection. One of those happened to be this bottle of Añejo Tequila produced by Incorrupto, a newly founded brand here in Berlin, Germany.

The company boasts an incredible two-year aging period in French wine casks, giving the originally young and grassy spirit an incredibly smooth and velvet mouthfeel combined with tons of complexity.
